Our holiday apartment in Nice is centrally located near the port and the historic Castle Hill. One of the most beautiful places in the world awaits you, as both the Parc du Château and Coco Beach are in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.

Davos, on the other hand, is the ideal starting point for extensive hiking or mountain biking tours, for example, up to the rustic Stafelalp. Skiers can enjoy 318 km of snow-sure slopes, and cross-country skiers can train on over 146 km of trails. As the highest town in Switzerland, Davos and our holiday apartment impress with majestic mountain panoramas. The picturesque village of Monstein and the wildly romantic Sertig Valley, a side valley of Davos, also invite you to take day trips.

The apartment left nothing to be desired. The photos and online information were completely accurate. The apartment was very clean, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The large garage parking space was also very convenient. The complex is very well-maintained, and the pool is perfect for a refreshing dip. A supermarket is within easy walking distance. We would love to come back again!

We spent two fantastic weeks high above the rooftops of Nice on the French Riviera! We enjoyed the view every single day! The grounds with the olive trees were very well-maintained, the pool was clean and used daily. The apartment looked almost exactly like the photos, only much bigger! The bed was comfortable. The underground parking was convenient, as it kept the car nice and cool. We lacked nothing. Everything was provided: ironing board, iron, clothes rack, cleaning supplies, spices, books, CDs, parasol, etc. The owners were incredibly friendly, and communication via email was seamless. I highly recommend this apartment and would love to come back! ;))))) I give it 5 stars! Thank you again for everything! It was an unforgettable experience!

We found the apartment beautiful, very well-equipped, and well-maintained. It fully corresponded to the online advertisement. Our landlords and our French-speaking (German-speaking) property manager were very courteous and helpful. The neighborhood is very quiet and also very well-kept. The excellent public transport connections, with bus lines 81 and 30 right nearby, as well as the supermarket close by, are also worth mentioning. Smaller shopping trips can easily be done on foot, so the car can usually stay parked in the spacious garage. We were even able to receive German television, which is not a given in France. We highly recommend this apartment and thank you very much for the wonderful days we spent in Nice. We would have loved to stay longer.

The Jakobshorn cable car is also a 10-minute walk away.
